Job summary

Brickendon Consulting in Kraków is seeking a Strategic Business Change Manager to join our team on a hybrid basis. You will bridge business teams and IT, advise on system use, and support adoption and improvements across critical applications.

You’ll lead testing, UAT, implementation planning, and release coordination while ensuring data integrity and operational resilience. B2B contract. This role offers exposure to regulated environments and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line production support for business-critical applications
• Triage user issues and defects before escalation to IT

• Help maintain data integrity, system stability, and operational resilience
• Oversee business-led system development activities and enhancements
• Coordinate testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Support implementation planning, release coordination, and deployment management
• Identify risks, support assurance activities, and minimise disruption to live operations
• Use business knowledge and system expertise to resolve many issues without direct IT intervention
• Contribute to efficient delivery, reduced IT workload, and improved user experience

In this role you’ll need:

Day-to-day activities:

• Receivables Finance Production management and incident management: Provide day-to-day business support, bug fixing, and incident management, including leading coordination with IT to resolve issues such as payment files not feeding into IFAI.
• Business support and administration: Provide BAU support for IFAI, including direct support to the business on transaction-related queries, as well as access administration for France and Malta. Updating credit limits and transaction monitoring.
• Access and control management: Manage generic user access, new users profiles set-up, invoice suspense limit requests, maintain access rights logs to support audit readiness and segregation of duties control.
• Business Testing: complete UAT across key initiatives, including France e-invoicing, ISO (this is material testing in Q4) , TESSI invoicing, DD enhancement, and France Paperless Reporting, providing a business sign-off.
• Business SME support: Support the release testing cycle and post-release issue resolution from a business SME perspective.
• Subject matter expertise: Provide SME input across projects, releases, and enhancements, including testing support, defect resolution, and downstream process facilitation for IFAI and related changes.
• Business led initiatives: including business analysis activity and work on forecast booking records for RF products and actual booking at invoice level that crystallised incl. manual business entries
