Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Warsaw, Poland seeks a Team Leader to support the Store Manager by driving sales, merchandising, and a Legendary Customer Experience. You will train Team Members, supervise daily operations, and uphold safety standards for customers, birds, and staff within a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires flexible hours, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and stock organization in a dynamic store setting.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or farming/animal knowledge is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in executing store goals and a Legendary Customer Experience.
• Deliver on customer service promises through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Add value.
• Open/close procedures, merchandising, price changes, and cash handling duties.
• Ensure safety of birds in poultry areas and handle equipment like forklift/baler as needed.
