Job summary

KWS Lochow Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Team Leader / Agricultural Machinery Operator for Magnuszowice (Opole Region, Poland). You will lead farm operations, supervise a team, and operate machinery to support field work that impacts seed production.

The role requires agricultural knowledge, valid B and T licenses, and readiness to work shifts, including weekends during peak seasons; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Secondary or higher education, preferably in agriculture or a related field.
• Practical knowledge of farm operations and agricultural fieldwork.
• Ability to organize work and coordinate team activities.
• Valid Category B and T driving licenses and authorization to operate agricultural machinery; additional licenses are a plus.
• Training or certification for crop protection products is desirable.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Very good command of Polish; English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Independently organize and coordinate farm operations, including task allocation and team supervision.
• Support the Farm Manager in planning field operations and inspections.
• Coordinate warehouse activities, monitor inventory, and record fuel and crop protection products.
• Maintain administrative and warehouse documentation and computer systems.
• Oversee the technical condition of machinery, organizing inspections and repairs.
• Operate machinery and vehicles with appropriate licenses (tractors, combines, forklifts).
• Contribute to successful field operations to ensure crop quality and productivity.
• Keep equipment in proper working condition and maintain safe workplaces.
• Work with crop protection products and perform tasks at heights above 3 meters.
• Flexibly combine team leadership and machinery operation as needed.
