Job summary

Raymer Oil Company seeks an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations, sales, and store appearance. You will lead a team, coach staff, and coordinate with higher management to meet and exceed goals.

You will apply strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to deliver excellent customer service, manage inventory, and control costs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent, preferred.
• Some college level courses in business, management, operations, or related field or equivalent experience, helpful.
• Knowledge of retail management and people management, a plus.
• Knowledge of overall effective business management, including operational responsibility for revenues, expenses, and risk management.
• Solid knowledge of store operations, required – merchandising, inventory control, cash control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, sales, and store appearance.
• Manage and mentor employees and ensure team performance.
• Coordinate with Area Supervisor and General Manager to meet store goals.
• Demonstrate effective customer service and resolve issues.
• Maintain inventory and prevent loss.
