Job summary

Capgemini Kraków is seeking a Statutory Accounting & Reporting Specialist to deliver accurate statutory financial statements in line with local GAAP and regulatory requirements. You will support external audits, coordinate data collection across Finance, and ensure high-quality statutory reporting for assigned entities.

The role requires a Master’s in accounting or related field, 3–5+ years in statutory accounting, IFRS experience, and strong Excel and SAP skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in statutory accounting/external reporting.
• Strong understanding of local GAAP; IFRS experience.
• Experience preparing statutory financial statements and managing audits.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with local GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate annual statutory audits and respond to auditor queries.
• Review entries, classifications, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, FP&A to collect and validate inputs.
• Support director reports and regulatory filings.
• Drive improvements in closing, reporting, and process automation.
