Job summary

Sprout Social is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Web to join our Front-End Engineering team in Kraków. You will write clean, scalable code, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with backend, design, and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

The role requires 7+ years building web apps with Angular/TypeScript, strong TS skills, and excellent English communication. Hybrid work from Kraków with occasional office presence is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with planning, building, and releasing web applications with frontend technologies (Angular or other major framework, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS).
• Strong expertise in TypeScript.
• Fluency in agentic coding workflows (Claude Code/Codex/Cursor).
• Communication, project management skills from collaborating with people across different teams and functional areas.
• Professional English proficiency in verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, performant, and maintainable code.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to other team members, including less experienced engineers.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver world class customer experiences.
• Participate in and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Continuously improve the codebase by identifying areas for refactoring and optimization to enhance maintainability and scalability.
