Job summary

Sprout Social is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Web to join the Engineering team in Kraków. You will write clean, scalable frontend code using React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, while guiding peers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier features.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of frontend experience, strong English communication, and a willingness to work from Kraków with occasional office presence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of frontend experience with React, JavaScript, TypeScript
• TypeScript and web technologies proficiency; strong English communication
• Based in or near Kraków, with occasional office work
• Experience as a full-stack engineer is a plus

Responsibilities

• Write clean, performant, and maintainable code.
• Provide technical leadership to engineers, including mentoring junior teammates.
• Collaborate with backend, design, and product teams to deliver great user experiences.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain quality and standards.
• Refactor and optimize codebase for maintainability and scalability.
