Job summary

Sprout is seeking a seasoned Front-End Engineer to join our Kraków team. You will write clean, performant code, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with backend, design, and product managers to deliver world-class customer experiences.

Candidates should have 7+ years building web apps with Angular or other major frameworks, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, plus experience with code reviews and scalable UI. We offer a remote-first culture with Kraków office perks including a lunch stipend.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with planning, building, and releasing web applications with frontend technologies (Angular or other major framework, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS)
• Strong expertise in TypeScript
• Fluency in agentic coding workflows (Claude Code/Codex/Cursor)
• Communication, project management skills from collaborating with people across different teams and functional areas.
• Experience building web applications with Angular, RxJS and/or similar web technologies.
• Experience working as a full stack engineer.
• Experience working with Node.js or Scala.
• Experience working in a large codebase.
• Experience building and/or maintaining an internal UI library.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, performant, and maintainable code.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to other team members, including less experienced engineers.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver world class customer experiences.
• Participate in and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Continuously improve the codebase by identifying areas for refactoring and optimization to enhance maintainability and scalability.
