Job summary

InPost is seeking a Staff Software Engineer in Test to elevate quality across mobile and backend domains. You will shape quality architecture for iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin), and own gates for confident releases.

You’ll lead technical direction, mentor senior engineers, and drive left-shift in the engineering workflow. Strong product quality outcomes and AI-enabled improvements are part of the scope.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with multi-team impact.
• Experience testing mobile apps (iOS/Android) with market-standard approaches.
• Ownership of quality/reliability as an engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Set and own the quality and reliability strategy across the domain from API to mobile clients.
• Drive quality issues resolution that cross team boundaries.
• Mentor engineers and lead knowledge-sharing across the org.
