Job summary

InPost is seeking a Staff Software Engineer in Test for mobile to raise quality across the mobile app and backend. You will shape architecture for testability, own quality gates, and drive a culture where engineers own quality.

This is a hands-on leadership role spanning several teams with a focus on reliability and design. You will mentor engineers, lead knowledge-sharing, and define quality metrics and AI-enabled workflows while guiding risk discussions with leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with multi-team impact.
• Proven testing experience on mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
• Ownership of quality and reliability as a discipline.
• Shift-left experience and hands-on coding ability.
• Leadership in technical and process changes.
• Hands-on AI usage with governance and risk awareness.
• Strong mentoring and knowledge-sharing skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and own quality and reliability strategy across the mobile domain.
• Lead and shape testing standards from API to native clients.
• Drive cross-team quality improvements and incident resolution.
• Mentor engineers and run org-wide knowledge-sharing activities.
