Docplanner is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead the technical direction of our Marketplace, guiding the migration from a PHP monolith to a monorepo and designing reusable building blocks for the portfolio.

You will drive AI-native engineering, prototype challenging components, and mentor engineers across teams to improve delivery and quality. This role supports a remote-friendly, hybrid setup with a Warsaw hub.

Formación

• Leadership across multiple teams with production impact.
• Strong background in distributed systems and backend architecture.
• Experience moving legacy systems using strangler pattern and data migration.
• Hands-on experience using AI to accelerate software development.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical direction of the Marketplace across search, listings, doctors’ profiles and booking flow.
• Shape the monolith-to-monorepo migration: decide domains and safe moves.
• Define reusable building blocks and clear contracts for cross-team integration.
• Lead through AI-native engineering, prototyping risky parts and setting quality bar.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with managers to accelerate delivery.
