Job summary

GE HealthCare’s Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) seeks a Sr Staff AIOps Engineer in Kraków to design, deploy, and maintain robust ML/GenAI pipelines across enterprise domains. You will partner with IT and cloud teams to optimize infrastructure for AI workloads in hybrid/multi-cloud setups.

The role requires deep ML/GenAI ops experience, strong Python and cloud skills, and proven collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to drive scalable, reliable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related discipline with ML/DevOps focus.
• Extensive hands-on experience building and operating ML/GenAI pipelines in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Python and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) with containerization and CI/CD.
• Experience with MLOps tools and GenAI/Ops frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize ML and GenAI pipelines for scalable, secure deployment of AI models.
• Automate model lifecycle management, including versioning, CI/CD, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with IT and cloud teams to optimize infrastructure for AI workloads in multi-cloud environments.
• Work with data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
• Integrate GenAI capabilities into business workflows to boost automation and decision making.
• Evaluate new tools and architectures for GenAI and MLOps through PoCs and pilots.
• Mentor teams on productionizing AI models and lifecycle management.
• Foster innovation and continuous improvement within the Enterprise AI team.
