Job summary

Fresha is hiring a Staff Backend Engineer to own architecture for a major part of our backend platform. You will lead cross-team initiatives, design scalable services and ensure code quality and reliability while partnering with Product, Design, Data and QA to deliver tangible value.

You will work in a hybrid setup at our Warsaw office, contributing to a fast-paced global growth trajectory with a strong focus on AI-driven workflows and microservices migration.

Qualifications

• Proven backend engineer with scalable systems experience.
• Ability to lead cross-team initiatives and mentor engineers.
• Experience integrating AI/ML components into production workloads.
• Focus on performance, reliability and observability.
