Job summary

Bain & Company is seeking a Staff Architect II to lead and shape the Coro product workstream within NGSS. You will craft architectural direction, mentor engineers, and partner with product managers to turn roadmaps into actionable plans. The role blends hands-on coding with strategic delivery and Azure-based deployments.

You will collaborate on AI-driven architecture, data pipelines, and scalable B2B software, while steering production support and release cycles in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Strong backend and full-stack capabilities with modern stacks.
• Experience leading teams and delivering large features in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for scalable software.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate roadmaps into engineering plans.
• Mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and drive deployment excellence.
• Design data flows, service boundaries, and integration patterns.
• Work with AI engineers on LLM orchestration and tool-calling architectures.
