Job summary

Capco Poland is seeking Poland-based Site Reliability Engineering Consultants to build and operate resilient cloud platform services for a leading global financial services organisation.

You will deliver reliable Kubernetes-based services, develop automation, and enhance CI/CD pipelines while embracing AI-enabled workflows and governance. This role requires 5+ years in SRE within regulated environments and hands-on cloud and monitoring experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering SRE in highly regulated environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java or Go with automation experience.
• Hands-on production Kubernetes administration and cloud platforms.
• Experience with monitoring and observability using Grafana and Prometheus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reliable, scalable Kubernetes-based platform services.
• Develop automation to reduce manual work and improve reliability.
• Coordinate production support, incident handling and RCAs.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and platform automation with AI-enabled workflows.
