Job summary

INFOLET SP. Z O.O. is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join a global team responsible for the reliability, availability, and performance of an enterprise Kubernetes platform in Kraków.

You will oversee production-critical infrastructure, troubleshoot incidents, and drive reliability practices across a global engineering organization. You will lead a local team of 5 engineers, coordinate monthly schedules and on-call rotations, and collaborate with the Global SRE Team Lead to

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT/infrastructure experience.
• 3+ years hands-on Kubernetes administration.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes concepts, operations, and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of containers and orchestration.
• Experience troubleshooting production infrastructure and analyzing logs and monitoring data.
• Understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to participate in 24/7 on-call and weekend support.
• Fluent English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of the Kubernetes infrastructure platform.
• Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Kubernetes.
• Diagnose and resolve infrastructure incidents, performance issues, and integration failures.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term reliability improvements.
• Analyze logs, monitoring data, and platform metrics to identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to improve platform resilience.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, including weekend support.
• Coordinate a local team of 5 engineers, including monthly schedules and on-call rotations.
• Work closely with the Global SRE Team Lead to coordinate the local team's contribution to global workloads.
