Job summary

CoreWeave in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join the MetalDev team. You will split your focus between production operations and reliability, write resilient Go code, and build dashboards to monitor data centre infrastructure.

You will lead incident response, participate in on-call rotations, define SLOs and KPIs, and improve CI/CD pipelines while creating self-service tooling for Fleet Operations and Hardware engineering teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, production engineering, cloud infra, or software engineering.
Proficient in Go for production-grade software development.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized microservices.
Experience with observability stacks like Prometheus and Grafana.

Responsibilities

Lead incident response, troubleshooting, root-cause analyses and post-incident reviews.
Write resilient Go code and develop automated remediation workflows.
Build Prometheus/Grafana dashboards to monitor infrastructure health.
Define SLOs/KPIs, improve CI/CD pipelines, and enable self-service tooling.
Participate in on-call rotations and support production services.
