Job summary

TE Connectivity in Poland is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support smooth product flow from suppliers to customers. You will monitor supplier performance, manage inventory, analyze supply chain data using SAP, and deliver actionable insights to improve KPIs.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Sales to ensure alignment, develop reports and dashboards, and support continuous improvement across our supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations analysis.
• Experience with SAP ERP system.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Able to read, write, and speak English and Polish fluently.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily supply chain operations, including purchase order creation and maintenance, supplier follow-up, delivery monitoring, and expediting delays.
• Monitor supplier performance and proactively manage shortages, past-due orders, and other supply-related issues, including escalation and corrective actions when required.
• Manage inventory levels to support customer demand and achieve inventory turn targets.
• Support demand planning and inventory management through forecasting and data analysis.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, Sales, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment across the supply chain.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis of supply disruptions and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to monitor key supply chain KPIs and support management decision-making.
• Assist in the implementation and improvement of supply chain systems, tools, and processes.
