Job summary

Genpact’s Learning and Development team seeks a Sr. Associate to design and deliver training programs tailored to our organizational needs. You will assess learning requirements via surveys and manager consultations, then implement initiatives aligned with business goals.

Collaborate with experts to ensure accurate content, coach employees, and measure program impact. Stay current with L&D trends in a hybrid Poland-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, IR, psychology or related field.
• Experience in designing and delivering learning solutions.
• Familiar with evaluating training effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs and materials tailored to organizational needs.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.
• Implement learning initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and make improvements as necessary.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide coaching and support to employees to facilitate their professional development.
