Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Front Line Manager for HRO - Payroll & Benefits in Kraków. You will lead end-to-end payroll operations, ensure timely filings, coordinate with the Banking team, and drive process improvements across HR and accounting functions.

The role requires German language proficiency (Upper-Intermediate, B2) and a strong background in payroll, finance and analytics, with a hybrid work arrangement in Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• MBA or Business Analytics is preferred.
• Certifications CEBS or PHR/ICMAI are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations and ensure timely closure.
• Review payroll taxes and oversee monthly tax filings.
• Coordinate with Banking for salary disbursement funding.
• Perform monthly variance analysis and reconcile accounts.
• Support audits with required documentation.
• Collaborate with Hiring, C&B, HR and Accounting teams.
• Mentor payroll team to improve performance and efficiency.

Coordinate with the Banking team to ensure timely funding for salary disbursements and tax payments. Manage payroll activities including monthly variance analysis and account reconciliations.
