Job summary

Genpact in Poland is seeking a Sr. Associate - HRO to support payroll processing and employee benefits. You will help ensure accurate salary disbursements, deductions, bonuses, and taxes, collaborating across HR and Finance to resolve queries.

You'll work in a hybrid setup, handling regulatory requirements and benefits programs while contributing to a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment at Genpact.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Commerce/Economics/Finance; MBA is a plus.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulatory concepts.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Workday) and HR/payroll modules.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll processing to ensure timely salary disbursements.
• Assist in calculating payroll components (deductions, bonuses, taxes).
