Genpact in Kraków is hiring a Sr. Associate in F&A with a focus on Record To Report. You will manage reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close, while supporting fixed assets, intercompany processes, and corporate reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degrees in accounting, commerce, economics or finance are required or strongly preferred.
  • CFA/CPA/CRCM certifications are highly desirable.
  • Czech language proficiency is required (spoken/written).
  • Upper-intermediate English language proficiency (B2) is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Review day-to-day activities in General Accounting including reconciliations, journal entries, reports, and audit requests.
  • Perform Month End Close activities and fixed asset capitalization/maintenance tasks.
  • Handle intercompany accounting, bank and investment reconciliations, GL reconciliations and FA reconciliations.
  • Identify balancing items and assist in clearance; support SOX compliance and corporate reporting.
