Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist in F&A - R2R to manage month-end close, reporting, and consolidations. The role focuses on balancing accounts, posting journal entries, and ensuring timely controls with robust intercompany processes.

Strong experience in R2R, SAP/Oracle ERP, and regulatory compliance is required. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive accuracy, efficiency, and automation in financial operations, delivering high-quality outputs and supporting audits and statutory

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance; master’s degree preferred.
• Relevant certifications strongly considered (CPA/CFA/CCO/CRCM).
• Experience with month-end close, consolidation, journal entries, and intercompany processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close, reporting, and consolidations with timely completion.
• Review and post month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Drive intercompany processes and audit evidence submission.
• Support regulatory reporting and statutory financial statements preparation.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
