Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.

• CAMS, CCO, CFA, CPA, CRCM certifications are relevant.

• Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments and control reviews per regulatory requirements and policies.
• Develop, implement and monitor compliance frameworks to strengthen governance.
• Identify risk exposures, propose mitigations and support corrective actions.
• Provide subject matter guidance on compliance issues and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance practices.
• Prepare compliance reports, documentation and dashboards for mgmt/regulators.
• Deliver training sessions to promote compliance culture and best practices.
