Job summary

BD (Becton Dickinson) poszukuje specjalisty ds. zamówień publicznych w Warszawie. Zakres obejmuje kontakt z działami wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi, analizę dokumentacji przetargowej oraz przygotowywanie ofert.

Wymagane jest wykształcenie wyższe, biegła znajomość polskiego, znajomość angielskiego (min. B1) oraz dobra znajomość MS Office. Umowa na czas nieokreślony po okresie próbnym 3 miesiące.

Qualifications

• Wykształcenie wyższe (Administracja, Ekonomia, Prawo lub kierunki pokrewne).
• Biegła znajomość języka polskiego.
• Mile widziana znajomość języka czeskiego.
• Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum B1.
• Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office (zwłaszcza Excel, Outlook i MS Teams).
• Doświadczenie w obszarze zamówień publicznych lub przetargów będzie dodatkowym atutem.
• Mile widziana znajomość SFDC.

Responsibilities

• Utrzymywanie kontaktu z klientami wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi zgodnie z procedurami zamówień publicznych.
• Analizowanie dokumentacji przetargowej i przygotowywanie formalnych zapytań dotyczących SWZ.
• Przygotowywanie ofert przetargowych zgodnie z wymaganiami formatowymi i terminami.
• Przygotowywanie niestandardowej korespondencji, odpowiedzi i notatek dla klientów.
• Znajomość procesu odwoławczego i jego praktyczne zastosowanie.
• Wprowadzanie danych do baz raportowych i sprawozdawczych w terminie.
• Dystrybucja i archiwizacja dokumentacji przetargowej, w tym umów.

Zakres obowiązków:

• Utrzymywanie kontaktu z klientami wewnętrznymi (sprzedaż, finanse, dział prawny, zespoły CCO i inne) oraz klientami zewnętrznymi (działy zamówień publicznych, zgodnie z ustawą Prawo zamówień publicznych).
• Analizowanie dokumentacji przetargowej.
• Przygotowywanie pytań formalnych dotyczących zapisów SWZ.
• Przygotowywanie ofert przetargowych z zachowaniem wymagań dotyczących formatu, treści oraz terminów składania.
• Przygotowywanie niestandardowej korespondencji, odpowiedzi oraz notatek kierowanych do klientów.
• Znajomość procesu odwoławczego i jego praktycznego zastosowania.
• Terminowe i rzetelne wprowadzanie danych do baz na potrzeby raportowania i sprawozdawczości.
• Prawidłowe dystrybuowanie i archiwizowanie dokumentacji przetargowej, w tym umów zawieranych w wyniku postępowań przetargowych.
