AMS is seeking a Specialist, Finance Applications (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to support our global finance platform. You will be part of Enterprise Business Systems and focus on D365 Finance & Operations across countries.

This 6-month fixed-term role involves system administration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and compliant reporting. Hybrid work model in Poland locations may apply.

Qualifications

The Role:

We’re looking for a Specialist, Finance Applications (Microsoft Dynamics 365) skilled in D365 support, finance systems, and problem-solving who’s excited to challenge convention, contribute ideas, and support a global finance platform.

This role sits within our Enterprise Business Systems team and focuses on supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations used across multiple countries.

Please note that this is a 6-month fixed-term opportunity only.

What you’ll do:

• Act as a point of escalation for finance system queries, investigating root causes and driving issues through to resolution
• Support finance teams with day-to-day system administration, monitoring, and best practices in D365 Finance (with a focus on Project Management & Accounting)
• Apply your understanding of how projects, accounting dimensions, and reporting structures interact within D365
• Monitor and troubleshoot D365 workflows supporting key finance processes
• Analyse and question financial data inconsistencies, identifying patterns and tracing issues back to source
• Maintain control mechanisms to ensure data integrity across integrations and finance data flows
• Monitor integrations to ensure accurate and timely data movement across systems
• Support Azure-based data tooling where finance data is processed and prepared for reporting
• Support multi-country compliance and tax requirements within D365, including Electronic Reporting
• Maintain Polish statutory configurations, including KSeF e-invoicing and JPK reporting
• Contribute to system improvements and project delivery, supporting requirements, testing, and go-live activities alongside functional and technical teams

Must-have skills:

• Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (or similar finance systems)
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
• Experience working with financial data and processes (e.g. AP, invoicing, accounting basics)
• Practical experience in system support, workflows, or troubleshooting
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills

Good to have:

• Experience with D365 Finance & Operations (Project Management & Accounting module preferred)
• Familiarity with multi-country finance environments or tax/regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of D365 Electronic Reporting
• Exposure to Azure data tools, integrations, or Power Platform
• Awareness of Polish statutory requirements (KSeF, JPK)
