Job summary

AMS in Kraków is seeking a Finance Systems Specialist for a 6-month fixed-term opportunity. You will escalate and resolve finance system queries in D365 Finance, support day-to-day administration, and ensure data integrity across multiple country configurations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (or similar finance systems).
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience working with financial data and processes (AP, invoicing, accounting basics).
• Practical experience in system support, workflows, or troubleshooting.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of escalation for finance system queries and drive issues to resolution.
• Support finance teams with daily D365 Finance administration and best practices.
• Understand interactions between projects, accounting dimensions and reporting structures.
• Monitor and troubleshoot D365 workflows supporting finance processes.
• Analyze data inconsistencies and trace issues to source.
• Maintain data integrity across integrations and finance data flows.
• Monitor integrations for accurate data movement and support Azure-based data tooling.
• Support Polish statutory configurations including KSeF e-invoicing and JPK reporting.
• Contribute to system improvements and project delivery with cross-team collaboration.

Key Accountabilities

What you'll do:

• Act as a point of escalation for finance system queries, investigating root causes and driving issues through to resolution
• Support finance teams with day-to-day system administration, monitoring, and best practices in D365 Finance (with a focus on Project Management & Accounting)
• Apply your understanding of how projects, accounting dimensions, and reporting structures interact within D365
• Monitor and troubleshoot D365 workflows supporting key finance processes
• Analyse and question financial data inconsistencies, identifying patterns and tracing issues back to source
• Maintain control mechanisms to ensure data integrity across integrations and finance data flows
• Monitor integrations to ensure accurate and timely data movement across systems
• Support Azure-based data tooling where finance data is processed and prepared for reporting
• Support multi-country compliance and tax requirements within D365, including Electronic Reporting
• Maintain Polish statutory configurations, including KSeF e-invoicing and JPK reporting
• Contribute to system improvements and project delivery, supporting requirements, testing, and go-live activities alongside functional and technical teams

Skills & Requirements

Must-have:

• Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (or similar finance systems)
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
• Experience working with financial data and processes (e.g. AP, invoicing, accounting basics)
• Practical experience in system support, workflows, or troubleshooting
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills

Good to have:

• Experience with D365 Finance & Operations (Project Management & Accounting module preferred)
• Familiarity with multi-country finance environments or tax/regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of D365 Electronic Reporting
• Exposure to Azure data tools, integrations, or Power Platform
• Awareness of Polish statutory requirements (KSeF, JPK)
