Job summary

Genpact in Kraków, Poland, is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to drive L&D initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes training programs, documentation, and timely delivery of tasks in a fast-moving environment.

The ideal candidate has a background in HR/IR or related fields, with German language proficiency (Advanced - C1) and experience in learning and development, employee experience, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.
• Proven experience in learning and development and employee relations.
• Certifications in HR are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute responsibilities aligned with the role of Specialist.
• Drive Learning and Development initiatives and programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solution.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and maintain documentation.
• Support strategic initiatives and process improvements.
