Job summary

Genpact PL sp. z o.o. is hiring for an Associate in the Accounts Payable team.

You will check, process, and pay vendor invoices, handle inquiries from vendors and internal stakeholders, and resolve clarifications by email or calls. You will prepare account reconciliations and resolve open items in reconciliations. The role requires accounting degrees, AP process knowledge, data literacy and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degrees in accounting, commerce, economics or finance are required.
• Finance-focused master's degree is a plus.
• Accounts Payable certifications and recognized financial credentials strengthen candidacy.

Responsibilities
