Job summary

Genpact is seeking an AP-focused specialist in Poland to manage accounts payable activities and escalations while meeting SLA/KPI targets. You will coordinate with global training teams, participate in regular client calls, and ensure strict adherence to procedures and policy guidelines.

German language proficiency is required. The role offers hybrid work in Poland, with a focus on accurate, timely invoice payments and strong data-driven reporting, supporting the company’s AI-powered finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in accounting, commerce, economics or finance are required.
• German language at advanced (C1) level is required.
• AP certifications such as Accounts Payable Certification are a plus.
• Experience with financial reporting and close processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform AP activities.
• Handle escalations, resolution and decision-making.
• SLA & KPI reporting and adherence.
• Identify training needs and deliver trainings with support from global training team.
• Team management and communication with client during calls and meetings.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and policy guidelines.
