Job summary
Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking Spanish-speaking Customer Experts for an Electronics Leader to join a world-class tech support team in Greece. You will assist Spanish-speaking customers with product troubleshooting, installations, and inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
The role offers a highly competitive monthly salary with 13th and 14th salaries, a performance bonus, fully paid relocation, comprehensive training, health insurance, and an international work environment.
Qualifications
- Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
- Fluent level of English to communicate with the international support team.
- Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
- Strong passion for consumer electronics and willingness to learn latest innovations.
- Exceptional communication and customer-centric mindset.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues calmly and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support for a global electronics leader.
- Assist Spanish-speaking customers with troubleshooting, installations, and inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
- Maintain knowledge of electronics trends, hardware specs, and software updates to guide customers.
