Job summary

Ball Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Spanish language) for a 1-year contract based in Lublin, Poland. You will join the EMEA Talent Acquisition team, handling full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and stakeholder collaboration to drive the best hires.

Qualifications

• Experience in a corporate high-volume, full-cycle recruitment function.
• Internal recruitment experience across different functions and industries.
• Excellent stakeholder management experience with ability to influence decisions.
• Strong communication, organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (or other ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Manages full life-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Partners with business leaders, hiring managers, HRBPs, and Talent Management to align on talent strategy.
• Acts as subject matter expert on market insights, trends, and strategy to influence hiring decisions.
• Researches, recommends, and uses new sources for active and passive candidates.
• Ensures hiring managers are aligned with hiring activities and maintain communication.
• Trains hiring teams on best-in-class recruitment processes and behavioural-based interviewing.
• Ensures timely activity and system updates for analytics and metrics.
• Looks for process improvements to enhance the TA experience for stakeholders.
• Represents Ball as a brand ambassador with a positive candidate experience.
