Euvic Future Work sp. z o.o. is seeking a Sales Support Specialist focused on the Spanish Market to assist in daily sales and administrative tasks for a Spain-based client.

You will collaborate with international teams, using both Spanish and English, and support Account Managers in sales processes. The role offers hybrid or fully remote work within Poland, with localization options across major Polish cities.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and organized.
• Able to work under time pressure.
• Fluent in Spanish and English at least B2.

Responsabilités

• Enter sales data into internal systems.
• Prepare and process quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders.
• Provide ongoing support in sales processes.
• Handle inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Coordinate hardware shipments.
• Record receipts and issue invoices.
• Participate in client projects.
• Build and maintain long-term internal customer relationships.
