ZdalnaPraca is seeking a Sales & Marketing Support Specialist for the Spanish market. You will assist Account Managers, prepare quotes and orders, and maintain customer data across systems in a dynamic European setting.

You will collaborate with international teams, develop in sales support and customer relations, and contribute to business operations across Spain-focused activities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (minimum B2).
• Experience in sales support, customer relations, or marketing operations is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and Teams.
• University degree in finance, marketing, IT or related field.

Responsabilités

• Supporting Account Managers in day-to-day sales and customer activities.
• Preparing and processing quotations, orders, and purchase orders.
• Assisting sales communication with internal and external customers.
• Preparing information, reports and materials supporting sales.
• Entering and updating sales and customer data in systems.
• Supporting long-term customer relationships and inquiries.
• Coordinating hardware shipments and order fulfillment.
• Recording receipts, sales fulfillment, and issuing invoices.
• Participating in client projects and business development initiatives.
• Collaborating with international teams and stakeholders.
