Job summary

ICEYE Warsaw is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex satellite mission programs end-to-end, focusing on ESA and EU-funded initiatives. You will orchestrate across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams, ensuring on-time delivery while supporting Sales during bid phases.

You will own post-award program delivery, build strong relationships with ESA, EU bodies, and European partners, and proactively manage risks and dependencies to scale mission delivery globally.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs in advanced technology environments.
• Direct experience with ESA and/or EU-funded programmes, familiar with ECSS/PSS standards.
• Strong customer-facing capability, managing senior stakeholders (ESA, national agencies, EU bodies) and complex requirements.
• End-to-end program management: planning, execution, governance across scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams to deliver aligned outcomes.
• Experience supporting or leading bid/proposal management, including ITT compliance, technical‑commercial coordination, and financial planning.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills in uncertain environments.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Must have or be able to get EU residence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Satellite Mission programs end-to-end, ensuring on-time execution and scalable delivery.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams to meet contractual commitments.
• Support Sales during bid phases and shape competitive, compliant proposals.
• Own program delivery post-award with trusted relationships with ESA, EU bodies, and partners.
• Mitigate risks, dependencies, and escalations to maintain continuous, reliable delivery.
• Provide clear program plans and cross-functional alignment for efficient resources and financial control.
