Job summary

ICEYE Warsaw is seeking a Program Manager to orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder satellite missions from bid through delivery. You’ll work across engineering, product, operations and commercial teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution and scalable delivery.

Travel to Espoo and customer sites is required, with a hybrid/onsite arrangement in Warsaw. Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years in complex programs, direct ESA/EU experience, strong leadership and bid-management capabilities, and

Responsibilities

• Program Delivery: deliver satellite mission programs end-to-end across engineering, product, operations and commercial teams.
• Bid & Proposal support: assist in ESA/EU bids and ITT responses with compliance and competitiveness.
• Stakeholder management: engage senior stakeholders (ESA, EU bodies, national agencies) and external partners.
