Job summary

ICEYE seeks a Mission Delivery Engineer to drive end-to-end delivery of complex satellite missions with deep technical ownership. The role bridges program governance and system engineering across engineering, product and operations, ensuring requirements are understood, traced, and validated.

Based in Finland or Poland with travel to customer sites, you will maintain configuration control and align multiple teams throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs.
• Owns the technical customer interface with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with requirements management and system integration.
• Degree in engineering, systems or CS.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of complex Satellite Mission programs end-to-end with deep technical ownership.
• Act as the technical authority/interface between the customer and ICEYE's engineering, product, and operations teams.
• Ensure mission requirements are understood, flowed down, tracked and validated across the program lifecycle.
• Maintain configuration control and drive cross-functional technical alignment throughout deliveries.
