MAG45 s.r.l. is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to select products or suppliers based on category strategy and customer requirements.

The role focuses on sourcing items within the existing supplier base and updating price lists in the Hugo/ERP system. You will create article numbers and new supplier records in ERP, collaborate with MAG45 hubs or customer representatives to collect data, and maintain accurate supplier information and price data.

Qualifications

• English speaking and writing proficiency.
• MS Office (Excel, Outlook) proficiency.
• Good work organization.
• Independence, accuracy and responsibility.
• Technical education and experience in a similar role is an asset.

Sourcing Specialist is specialized in selection of products or suppliers for MAG45 based on category strategy and customer requirements. The Sourcing specialist sources items based on customer quotation request. All sourcing is done within the existing supply base as much as possible. The Sourcing Specialist is as well responsible for updating price lists and data regarding existing suppliers.

Purpose Of The Function

• Sourcing items against the required customer conditions;
• Selection of suppliers;
• Cooperation with other MAG 45 hubs or customer representative to obtain the necessary data for sourcing process;
• Created article number in ERP system;
• Created new supplier in ERP system;
• Maintain/update Supplier information and price lists in the Hugo/ERP System;
• Created and confirmed purchase orders in ERP system;
• Updating price lists and data regarding existing suppliers.
