Zusammenfassung

Intellienergy Company is seeking an experienced procurement professional in Poland to drive company sourcing, develop category strategies, and optimize supplier resources. You will lead supplier selection, negotiate cost-saving initiatives, and oversee procurement for new products and projects.

The role requires strong industry purchasing experience, a business management or logistics degree, and the ability to work independently on complex projects, challenging traditional approaches to deliver

Qualifikationen

Bachelor degree in business management or logistics related major.
Strong purchasing experience in manufacturing industry.
Independent contributor capable of leading complex projects.
Ability to challenge traditional solutions and apply established standards.

Aufgaben

Responsible for company sourcing work, developing category procurement strategies and supplier strategies, managing supplier allocation ratios.
Develop and select suppliers, optimize supplier resources.
Reduce procurement costs, identify and implement cost-saving projects, negotiate annual price reductions, and reduce overall procurement costs (such as optimizing supplier payment terms, delivery times, minimum order quantities, and other business terms).
Handle procurement work for new products and projects within the company, serve as the project manager for procurement projects.
As a project leader (such as cost reduction projects and procurement projects), develop project plans, identify project milestones, coordinate various departments to jointly promote the sample certification, small-volume certification, and mass production of procurement materials.
Responsible for supplier management, annual supplier assessments and classification, and improving supplier performance.
Coordinate the scheduling of multi-party on-site audits of suppliers, provide necessary guidance to suppliers, and track their improvement plans to achieve win-win outcomes.
Monitor the market price of raw materials and promptly adjust prices with suppliers
Responsible for daily inquiry, comparison, negotiation, and electronic bidding activities
Coordinate with the PMC department and quality department to resolve supplier delivery issues and quality abnormalities
Sign and manage procurement contracts and agreements.
