Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Sourcing Hub Leader in Poland to manage a high-performing team driving end-to-end procurement and contract processes. You will lead negotiations, ensure compliance with corporate standards, and deliver value through strategic category management, process improvements, and technology adoption.

This hybrid role involves collaboration across global functions and frequent stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of procurement experience including purchasing, category management, and contract lifecycle management.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Fluent in English and Polish, good German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sourcing Hub leadership team and be the first contact for the team.
• Guide and develop the team in price and contract negotiations and escalations.
• Ensure staffing, training, and adherence to FME policies and standards.
• Deliver performance targets and contribute to sourcing hub strategy and programs.
• Monitor capacities and adjust to demand, represent the hub in escalations.
• Drive efficient processes and system implementations for resource optimization.
