Fresenius Digital Technology, part of Fresenius Group, is expanding its sourcing team in Wrocław. We seek a skilled IT procurement professional to negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliant, high-quality IT service purchasing.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in IT-sourcing/strategic procurement.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts with providers and coordinate with legal and CHR Labor Law.
• Draft contracts and clarify terms in collaboration with legal.
• Procure external IT services, hardware and software, and manage suppliers.
• Develop and maintain commercial relationships with suppliers.
• Serve as the go-to contact for specialist departments on service purchasing, including process and innovation presentations.
• Process and create service requests and manage orders and terminations.
• Maintain and administer the contract management tool (Ariba).
• Interface with back office departments and management.
• Implement supplier management activities, including onboarding, follow-up and development.
• Execute purchasing concepts and cost-reduction strategies, and monitor quality assurance measures.
• Prepare monthly overviews and reports.
• Support projects from specialist departments as needed.
• Create documentation for work processes.

As Fresenius Digital Technology, we are an integral part of the Fresenius Group, responsible for the IT of the healthcare company and its business areas. We ensure a frictionless interface of IT and business operations so that all employees in production, logistics, and other areas can work efficiently and without interference. We are now expanding our sourcing team by adding a new member.

Your daily basis tasks:

• Contract negotiations with providers
• Contract drafting and legal clarification in coordination with the legal department and CHR Labor Law
• Purchasing external IT services, hardware and software, including supplier management
• Successful development of commercial relationships
• Contact person for the specialist departments in all aspects of service/external service purchasing including presentation of processes and innovations
• Processing & creation of service requests
• Sending service requests, orders and terminations
• Maintenance & administration of the contract management tool (Ariba)
• Interface to various back office departments and management
• Supplier Management (implementation, preparation, follow-up and further development)
• Execution of specified purchasing concepts and compliance with operational quality assurance measures
• Pursuit of specified strategies for cost reduction, supplier consolidation, quality and process improvement
• Monthly preparation of overviews and reports
• Supporting the specialist departments with any projects that arise
• Creation of documentation for work processes
