Job summary

Thinkproject is seeking a Solution Specialist to support clients on their digitalization journey for construction projects. You will develop and implement technical solutions that meet customer requirements, driving efficiency and productivity across the project lifecycle.

Key duties include configuring applications, implementing tailored solutions, testing, issue tracking, and collaborating with consultants to design, troubleshoot, and extend solutions.

Qualifications

• Fluent French and English language skills are mandatory.
• Prerequisite: databases SQL Server, Oracle, scripting PowerShell.
• Microsoft technologies Windows Server, IIS, COM+, etc.
• XML knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Configure and install the application to align with customer requirements.
• Implement tailored technical solutions per client needs.
• Test solutions and document testing procedures for QA.
• Track issues and work with developers to improve solution quality.
• Assist in designing customized technical solutions with consultants.
• Modify and troubleshoot implemented solutions with the consulting team.
• Serve as a technical resource for consulting teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Handle complex support requests with the support teams.
