Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise automation solutions.
• Proven ability to design scalable architectures and integrations between Microsoft platforms and external systems.
• Solid knowledge of data migration, integration approaches, platform security, access control, and environment management.
• Experience with release automation and governance for enterprise Power Platform environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving across platform configuration, performance, and integration.
• Client-facing consulting experience and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-600 or AB-100 are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical analysis, architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform solutions
• Advise clients on process automation and digital transformation using Power Platform, related Microsoft technologies, and AI capabilities
• Facilitate client workshops to understand business objectives, technical requirements, and operational constraints and translate them into effective solution designs
• Design scalable platform architectures, integrations, and data migration strategies, ensuring performance, security, data integrity, and maintainability
• Assess existing platforms and business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions that increase efficiency and support business goals
• Establish technical standards and best practices for platform engineering, environment management, release automation, and citizen development
• Produce technical visions, architecture specifications, implementation proposals, and other solution documentation
• Ensure secure handling of customer data throughout the project lifecycle in line with contractual requirements, data protection policies, and project closure procedures
  
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including experience with AI-enabled solutions
• Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise automation solutions, including Power Platform configuration, customization, and development
• Proven ability to design scalable architectures and integrations between Microsoft platforms and external systems
• Solid knowledge of data migration and integration approaches, platform security, access control, environment management, and data protection practices
• Experience with release automation and establishing engineering standards and governance for enterprise Power Platform environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across platform configuration, customization, performance, and integration
• Client-facing consulting experience, with the ability to facilitate discussions, explain technical decisions, and translate business needs into technical solutions
• PL-600, AB-100, or comparable Microsoft certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher, with strong communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills
