Job summary

Averna powered by Spherea is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect to back sales of SPHEREA products and solutions. You will work with Sales, Engineering, and Project teams to identify optimal test and measurement solutions, ensuring feasibility and business value.

In addition to SPHEREA work, you may contribute to projects across Averna's domains including Automotive, EVs, Consumer Electronics, Industrials, and Life Sciences. Strong English; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires higher technical education in electronics, automation and robotics, control engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a technical position such as systems engineering or design in automation, electronics, or software.
• Strong knowledge of mechatronic system design and systems architecture, and experience with product development processes.

Responsibilities

• Design system architectures, applications, and technical solutions aligned with customer needs and strategy.
• Analyze needs and develop technical concepts for new projects.
• Collaborate with Sales to define value propositions and sales strategies for high-value projects.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals and present solutions to customers.
• Participate in project planning and risk assessment.
• Engage in meetings with customers and project teams.
• Support technology-related decision-making processes.
• Build relationships with component suppliers and off-the-shelf solutions.
• Collaborate across disciplines and regions with automation, electronics, software, mechanical, production, quality, and procurement teams.
• Ensure documentation quality per company processes.
