Job summary

Averna Powered by Spherea is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect in Kraków to support sales of SPHEREA products and solutions. You will work with Sales, Engineering, and Project teams to identify suitable test and measurement solutions and ensure technical feasibility and business value.

You may contribute to Averna's broader domains, including Automotive, Electric Vehicles, Consumer Electronics, Industrials, and Life Sciences.

Qualifications

Higher technical education in electronics, automation and robotics or a related field.
At least 5 years of professional experience in a technical position (e.g., systems engineering or designer in electronics).
Strong knowledge of mechatronic design and systems architecture, as well as product development processes and motion systems.
Ability to use specialized engineering tools and systems architecture modeling tools.
Excellent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
Sales experience is advantageous.
Knowledge of the relevant industrial sector.
Creative with the ability to present innovative technical solutions to clients.
Good communication and strong customer-relations skills.

Responsibilities

Designing system architectures, applications, and technical solutions aligned with customer needs and strategy.
Analyzing needs and developing technical concepts for new projects.
Collaborating with Sales to define value propositions and sales strategies for high-value projects.
Preparing technical and commercial proposals and presenting solutions to customers.
Participating in project planning and risk assessment.
Leading meetings with customers and project teams.
Contributing to technology-related decision-making processes.
Building relationships with suppliers of components and off-the-shelf solutions.
Coordinating across disciplines and regions with automation, electronics, software, mechanical engineering, production, quality, and procurement.
Ensuring documentation quality in line with company processes.
