Job summary

Averna Powered by Spherea is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect in Kraków to support sales of SPHEREA products and solutions. You will work with Sales, Engineering, and Project teams to identify suitable test and measurement solutions and ensure technical feasibility and business value.

You may contribute to Averna's broader domains, including Automotive, Electric Vehicles, Consumer Electronics, Industrials, and Life Sciences.

Qualifications

• Higher technical education in electronics, automation and robotics or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a technical position (e.g., systems engineering or designer in electronics).
• Strong knowledge of mechatronic design and systems architecture, as well as product development processes and motion systems.
• Ability to use specialized engineering tools and systems architecture modeling tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
• Sales experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the relevant industrial sector.
• Creative with the ability to present innovative technical solutions to clients.
• Good communication and strong customer-relations skills.

Job Description

As a Customer Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in supporting the sales of the key SPHEREA products and solutions.

Working closely with Sales, Engineering, and Project teams, you will help customers identify the most suitable test and measurement solutions while ensuring technical feasibility and business value. In addition to supporting the SPHEREA portfolio, you may also contribute to a variety of projects across Averna's broader domains, including Automotive & Transportation, Electric Vehicles, Consumer Electronics, Industrials, and Life Sciences.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing system architectures, applications, and technical solutions in line with customer requirements and the organization’s strategy
• Analyzing needs and developing technical concepts for new projects
• Collaborating with the Sales team to define value propositions and sales strategies for projects with high business value
• Preparing technical and commercial proposals and presenting solutions to customers
• Participating in project planning and technical risk assessment
• Participating in meetings with customers and project teams
• Contributing to technology-related decision-making processes
• Building relationships and collaborating with suppliers of components and off-the-shelf solutions
• Collaboration across disciplines and regions with automation, electronics, software, mechanical engineering, production, quality, and procurement teams
• Ensuring the completeness and quality of documentation in accordance with company processes

Qualifications

• Higher technical education in electronics, automation and robotics or a related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a technical position (e.g., systems engineering or as a designer in electronics)
• Very good knowledge of mechatronic system design and systems architecture, as well as product development processes and motion systems
• Able to use specialized engineering tools and systems architecture modeling tools
• Very good command of written and spoken English, French will be an asset
• Experience in sales will be an asset
