Job summary

Euroclear Poland seeks a Senior Solutions Architect within the Group Business Solutions division to define target architectures and end-to-end solutions across GBS domains, with a primary focus on the EUI Transformation Programme.

You will collaborate with domain architects and IT engineers, applying Java, Kafka, SOA/microservices, and OpenShift, while mentoring colleagues and leading prototypes to ensure security and enterprise standards across platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in solutions architecture and full lifecycle development.
• Strong expertise in Event Hub technologies, SOA, and microservices.
• Java-based software development with database design and containerization.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead architecture solutions aligned with requirements.
• Collaborate with owners, domain architects, and IT engineers.
• Bridge Enterprise Architecture and IT delivery, ensure standards.
• Develop reusable solution patterns and contribute to practices.
• Define capability target architectures and roadmaps, focus on EUI Transformation.
• Share knowledge through communities of practice.
• Ensure IT solutions align with enterprise standards.
• Guarantee end-to-end consistency across platforms and teams.
• Collaborate with security teams to meet standards.
• Define infrastructure requirements with infra teams.
• Establish guidelines and standards for new tech stack.
• Develop prototypes and PoCs to validate components.
• Provide estimation principles for migration phases.
• Lead prototype implementation and subsequent work.
• Hands-on Java development while mentoring colleagues.
• Present solution architectures to management and teams.
• Act as technical authority for the new solution stack.
