Job summary

Euroclear in Kraków is seeking a Senior Expert Engineer to strengthen our Group Business Solutions division. You will design, architect, and implement scalable IT solutions aligned with business needs across multiple teams and platforms.

You will mentor mid-level engineers, lead complex technical initiatives, and drive best practices, CI/CD adoption, and cloud integration. This permanent role requires strong English communication and hands-on leadership in a fast-evolving fintech environment.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years ofsoftware engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of architectures and designs for complex systems.
• Experience with cloud migration, automation, and IaC.
• Excellent cross-team collaboration and mentoring.
• Experience on large-scale financial industry projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and implement robust, scalable solutions across teams.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to mid-level engineers.
• Lead workshops to shape complex technical requirements and delivery plans.
• Maintain production stability; investigate incidents and apply fixes.
