Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Solutions Architect to craft cutting-edge AV and Digital Workplace solutions for enterprise clients. You will consult with customers, partner with internal teams, and translate requirements into architectural designs that deliver business value.

The role covers end-to-end solution design, documentation, AutoCAD layouts, and collaboration with delivery teams in a hybrid, international environment. English and Polish communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience as a Solution Architect or Presales Engineer in AV, UC, or Digital Workplace.
• Strong knowledge of collaboration platforms and AV technologies (e.g., Teams Rooms, Webex, Zoom, Crestron, Logitech, Biamp, Shure).
• Understanding of networking, cloud services, and integration principles.
• Experience in preparing solution documentation and delivering client presentations.
• Excellent English and Polish communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical adviser in the presales phase for AV and Digital Workplace solutions.
• Engage with customers to understand challenges, requirements, and business goals.
• Design end-to-end solutions covering AV infrastructure and Teams Rooms.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and proposals.
• Create system and room layout drawings using AutoCAD.
• Support tenders, RFPs/RFIs, and client presentations with technical input.
• Cooperate with delivery teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with best practices.
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies and vendor ecosystems.

Your day at NTT DATA

As a Solutions Architect at NTT DATA, you will be a cornerstone in our mission to craft cutting-edge, complex solutions tailored to our clients' needs. Your day will involve consulting with clients and partnering with internal teams to create strategies, transformational designs, and an architectural vision that provides true business value.

You will contribute to developing solution architectures for specific business, infrastructure, or functional areas. Your expertise will allow you to evaluate different architectures considering cost, performance, and scalability, and then produce detailed specifications for both cloud-based and on-premises components.

Your role will include supporting changes through the preparation of technical plans and applying design principles that comply with our architectural standards. You will take responsibility for understanding client requirements, gathering DATA, conducting analysis, and resolving problems.

Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring emerging technologies and sharing your knowledge through reports and technology roadmaps. Use your design skills to create components that handle both functional and non-functional requirements, including proof of concept (POC). You will also review, verify, and continually improve your designs.

Lastly, contribute to developing new go-to-market services and apply your expertise across both technical levels within the enterprise architecture and the value chain to develop holistic and integrated solutions.

To thrive in this role, you need to have:

• Comprehensive knowledge in multi-vendor service integrations and cross-functional software, operating systems, and infrastructure designs.
• Ability to deploy specific infrastructures and application software in line with relevant methodologies and frameworks.
• Skill in developing and leveraging specialized knowledge of reference architectures.
• Ability to keep up with trends and developments in technology domains.
• Proven experience in integrating solutions for specific projects with business domains, industry standards, established patterns, and best practices.
• Good experience in client engagement, consulting, and client needs assessment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with strong interpersonal skills to build solid working relationships.
• Experience in an agile development environment.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
