Job summary

Zowie in Poland is seeking a Solutions Architect to design and oversee sophisticated AI product implementations for enterprise customers. You’ll translate complex requirements into scalable architectures and guide cross-functional teams to adoption and success.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years delivering enterprise software solutions, deep enterprise architecture knowledge, and strong English/Polish communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing and delivering complex software solutions for enterprise customers.
• In-depth grasp of complex enterprise architectures - data storage, interoperability, etc.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive relationship building skills.
• Leadership and coaching mindset to enable TAMs, customers, and partners to adopt Zowie successfully.
• Great planning and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in mission-critical AI platform adoption by large enterprises.
• Lead technical conversations with executives and senior enterprise stakeholders to help translate requirements into a jointly agreed architecture and adoption plans.
• Design complex multi-system integrations (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, data layers, telephony); run discovery and solution workshops; guide implementation.
• Lead a team of Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to ensure reliable delivery of best in class solutions that meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on long-term account plans, and own their execution with your team of TAMs.
• Support expectation-setting with customers and channel feedback to Product and leadership to inform roadmaps and standards.

What you'll do:

It will be awesome if you also have:

• Experience launching AI Agents and driving adoption with enterprise customers.
• Knowledge of telephony: SIP trunking and call routing/setup.
